BNI’s first and most recognizable property is the Clock Tower Building that was constructed in 1982 by nationally acclaimed artist David M. Schwarz. 9th Insight used The Clock Tower Building to symbolize the company’s corporate identity. This powerful image, with bold geometrical shapes, was the key to the company’s new marketing campaign.
BNI wanted the website to attract new investors and new leasers/buyers for its available properties. 9th developed a site to meet this objective by directing users towards a display of the major properties. 9th’s extensive knowledge in architecture and design led to the creation of unique interactive virtual tours for BNI’s properties.
